How do I cancel my subscription?

iOS: Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions. Find CaddieLoop and tap Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Web: Go to your Profile in the app and tap Manage Subscription to access the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel.

How do I restore my purchases?

If you reinstalled the app or signed in on a new device, go to your Profile and tap Restore Purchases. This will re-sync your subscription with the App Store. Make sure you're signed in with the same account you originally subscribed with.

How do I delete my account?

Go to your Profile screen, scroll to the bottom, and tap Delete Account. You'll be asked to type "DELETE" to confirm. This permanently removes all your data including rounds, statistics, friends, leagues, and your profile. This action cannot be undone.

If you have an active subscription, make sure to cancel it first (see above) to avoid being charged after your account is deleted.

How do I report a user?

Tap on the user's profile from your friends list or activity feed, then tap the Report button. Select a reason and submit. We review all reports and take action to keep CaddieLoop a respectful community.

How do I block a user?

Tap on the user's profile and tap Block. Blocked users cannot see your activity, send you friend requests, or interact with you in any way. You can unblock them at any time from your Profile settings.

Why is my handicap different from GHIN?

CaddieLoop calculates your handicap index using the USGA formula based on the rounds you've logged in the app. If you haven't entered all your recent rounds, or if your GHIN account includes rounds not in CaddieLoop, the numbers may differ. For official handicaps, always refer to your GHIN account.

How many AI calls do I get?

Free: 3 AI coaching calls per day, including caddie briefings, mid-round tips, round analysis, and practice plans.

Pro: 300 AI coaching calls per day with access to all AI features including equipment insights and advanced analytics.

I was charged but don't have Pro access

First, try tapping Restore Purchases in your Profile. If that doesn't work, force-close and reopen the app. If the issue persists, email us at support@caddieloop.ai with your account email and we'll resolve it immediately.

Can I use CaddieLoop on the web?

Not yet. CaddieLoop is launching on iPhone first. A web version may follow — for now, download the iOS app to get started.
